In 2005, Jason launched the leadership company Finish Empty®. Through speaking, training, and coaching, he equips leaders—developing athletes, strengthening teams, inspiring schools, guiding businesses, and supporting organizations committed to excellence. Finish Empty® challenges people to think differently, live boldly, and leave nothing undone.
In June 2025, Jason released his debut book, Finish Empty®—a transformative call to live with clarity, courage, and conviction. That same month, he was named Life Coach of the Year by AY Magazine, recognizing his impact on personal growth and leadership development.
He married his high school sweetheart, Courtney, in 2003. They live in Little Rock with their two daughters, Carson and Cameron.

Mr. Maloney will look at the changes in the Oklahoma housing market over the last decade as reflected in both the housing data as well as the mortgages sourced from within the state. He will also look at the potential path for interest rates going forward both over the short and the medium horizon.
BIO Mr. Maloney has almost 30 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career on the NASDAQ trade desk at Prudential Securities. Afterward he managed fixed income portfolios at both Lehman Brothers then Neuberger Berman. He most recently was the mortgage strategist for over a decade on the First Word desk at Bloomberg News. He earned his MBA from NYU Stern and is currently working on his second book concerning the creation of the Federal Reserve System.
